Seoul Scholars International follows a United States secondary curriculum focused on university preparation. The middle years cover Grades 6 to 8, and the high school runs from Grade 9 to Grade 12 with a strong emphasis on Advanced Placement courses, which give students a head start on first year university study and strengthen applications to selective universities. Teaching is in English, and the school serves as a test centre for Advanced Placement, the ACT and Cambridge A Level examinations.
