The Seoul school context

Seoul's international school sector is restricted to children with foreign passports or families meeting specific exemption criteria. The market is small relative to other major Asian cities (around 25 schools serving 18,000 students) but with strong quality concentration. SFS dominates the Tier 1 segment; the rest of the market has more accessible admissions but smaller cohorts.
