Schools cannot pay for higher rankings

Our editorial rankings, curriculum recommendations and "best fit" suggestions are decided entirely by our research team using transparent criteria (accreditation, fees, university outcomes, parent reviews, class size, faculty stability). No amount of money buys a higher position. A premium listing makes your existing profile richer. it does not push you up the page.

Reviews are verified, not curated

We publish verified parent reviews that include negative feedback as well as positive. Schools cannot remove negative reviews from their profile. they can respond, contextualise, or appeal a factual error. We err on the side of preserving the parent voice, because that's the value we deliver to readers.

Sponsored content is clearly labelled

If a school sponsors a city guide, a comparison article or a newsletter feature, the content carries a clear "Sponsored" or "Featured Partner" label. We will never disguise paid placement as editorial, and we reserve the right to add fact-check footnotes to sponsored content where we disagree with a claim.

No. Editorial rankings are decided independently by our research team. A Premium listing gives you a richer profile, lead delivery and analytics. but it does not change your position in the rankings or in comparison tables. This is the foundation of our credibility with parents, and we won't compromise it for any price.

No. Premium and Featured Partner schools have a right of reply within 14 days, and we will remove reviews that are factually wrong or violate our review policy (personal abuse, identifying minors, etc.). But we will not remove a review simply because the school disagrees with the parent's experience. Negative feedback is part of the value we deliver to readers.

Premium tier: enquiry forms on your profile route to a single email or WhatsApp number you nominate, in real time. Featured Partner tier: we can integrate directly with your admissions CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, custom) so leads land as full contact records with UTM parameters, comparison data and source attribution.

We work directly with schools, not with school-search agencies that charge parents commission to be placed. We're happy to work with marketing agencies or PR firms acting on behalf of a named school client. but the contractual relationship and editorial dialogue must be with the school itself.

Sponsored articles can also be commissioned within a city or curriculum cluster. All sponsored content carries a clear label and is fact-checked by our editorial team before publication.

If our editorial team identifies a serious concern (loss of accreditation, ongoing safeguarding investigation, financial distress) we will pause your paid listing, issue a pro-rata refund, and either remove the profile or carry an editorial note depending on the severity. We are transparent with schools when this happens, and we welcome a right of reply before any public note is published.
